WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?

Bootcamp Ireland give men and women of all fitness levels an opportunity to get fit with military style techniques using REAL MILITARY PERSONNEL. With a little bit of 'get down 'n gimme 20', mixed with some other exciting and motivating circuits, exercises, running, & games, this is a fantastic way to get you fit, and in the great shape that you have been dreaming of!

The Bootcamp Instructors have accumulated over 100 years of professional fitness training between then, and bring with them an array of exciting techniques to help you on your way to getting in shape and increasing your fitness levels and stamina!

Attending our hour long classes 2 or 3 times a week is all it takes! Its not much out of your hectic schedule, but you wont regret it! The 'exhilarating', 'endorphin releasing', 'energy making', 'stress relieving' and 'feel good factor' that it gives you are just a few of the phrases that members use to describe what they have been getting from Bootcamp session after session! You will feel so much better in your everyday life, from work to home!

Our classes are from as little as € 5.38 per class, that's a bargain if ever there was one! And not only that, but you get to be part of a great social scene, with activity trips, weekends away, hikes, social outings, surf and ski trips and lots lots more! It's what keeps Bootcampers coming back time and time again!
