Sophie's Fourth Week Report: (She's doing great!)

Soooo I can safely say that this week I can feel the difference in my fitness level! Yippee! Monday evening was a nice class...not too hardcore, there was just the right amount!

It was cold though and as per usual, I had those pre-Bootcamp pangs...i.e. the ‘oh do we REALLY have to go’ and the "sure we can catch up on Saturday!" But again, as before..it was only afterwards that I felt the real sense of achievement at having not given in to the little devil in my head. Wednesday was much harder though - I just wanted to go to the cinema, but Tim (the angel) made me go…I had a little bit of strain from the Monday night and I was just not feeling up to it. But in the end I went and despite the ‘hard tough’ exterior of the trainer, the extra effort that he demands really makes you work extra hard and afterwards I felt like I could have done anything! I’m beginning to lose the sluggish feeling of tiredness after the class and it’s being replaced with a nice feeling of energy and contentment…I think though that you only get out what you put it (as my mother always says) and it’s clear that this is the case with Boot Camp training- despite the tiredness, it all pays off in the end!
