We love training outdoors all year round and our Instructors are fantastic at motivating you and encouraging you to reach your limits in a fun way! With a combination of  interactive, motivating circuits, all over body exercises, running and motivational games;  Covering all the different components of fitness; Cardio, Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Flexibility, Bootcamp Ireland is the best way to get fit, stay fit and most importantly: to have fun at the same time!

HOW MUCH IS IT ?

A Bootcamp session is €99.00, that's AS LITTLE AS €5.50 PER CLASS! Not only that, but you get to be part of a great social scene with Activity Trips, weekends away, Free nutrition workshops, Monthly Hikes, Social events, Exclusive Members Competitions, Surf Trips, Ski Trips and lots lots more! HOW DO I JOIN?

Simply click here to create your Bootcamp account and then all you have to do is click on “Book & View my Sessions”, click on the drop down Menu and select your Bootcamp Class Location and Time. It's that simple! If you're already a member, login using the top right hand corner of this page. As soon as you've booked in you will be sent an Information Pack detailing all you need to know like where to meet, what to wear, what to expect and how to pay etc.

WHEN CAN I START?


You can join up anytime, your 6 weeks start from your first night. This way everyone is on their own individual training schedule and as our classes cater for all levels of fitness everyone progresses at their own speed. So the good news is you don't have to wait you can get up and running  as soon as you're ready :)

We train all year round; hail, rain or shine, using Winter Locations from Oct - April and Summer Locations from April - Oct.! We try to keep training Outdoors during the winter (we think it's better that way!) but we do have a couple of Indoor Options in some Locations.

The Bootcamp Instructors have accumulated over 150 years of professional fitness training between them, and bring an array of exciting techniques to help you on your way to getting shape and increasing your fitness levels and stamina!

Attending our hour long classes 2 or 3 times a week is all it takes! Its not much out of your hectic schedule, but you wont regret it! The 'exhilarating', 'endorphin releasing', 'energy making', 'stress relieving' and 'feel good factor' that it gives you are just a few of the phrases that members use to describe what they have been getting from Bootcamp session after session! You will feel so much better in your everyday life, from work to home!
