Bootcamp Ireland has been putting men and women of all fitness levels through their paces, using Military Style Fitness Techniques and REAL MILITARY Instructors since 2004! We love training outdoors and our Instructors are great at motivating you and encouraging you to reach your limits! With a little bit of 'get down 'n gimme 20' mixed with interactive, motivating circuits, all over body exercises, running and motivational games; Bootcamp Ireland is a fantastic way to get fit, stay fit and most importantly: to have fun at the same time!

Our classes are from AS LITTLE AS €5.38 PER CLASS! HOW DO I JOIN ?

Simply click here to create your Bootcamp account and then all you have to do is click on “Book & View my Sessions”, click on the drop down Menu and select your Bootcamp Class Location and Time. It's that simple! If you're already a member, login using the top right hand corner of this page. As soon as you've booked in you will be sent an Information Pack detailing all you need to know like where to meet, what to wear, what to expect and how to pay etc.

WHEN CAN I START?


You can join up anytime, but why not check out our Bootcamp Ireland Session start dates and train with lots of others in the same boat as you... it's great fun!

If you are starting with us mid-session simply call us here at (01) 234 3797 and we'll get you sorted!

We stay Outdoors (we think it's better that way!) and we have Indoor Options in some Locations. We train all year round; hail, rain or shine, using Winter Locations from Oct - April and Summer Locations from April - Oct.!

The Bootcamp Instructors have accumulated over 150 years of professional fitness training between them, and bring an array of exciting techniques to help you on your way to getting shape and increasing your fitness levels and stamina!

Attending our hour long classes 2 or 3 times a week is all it takes! Its not much out of your hectic schedule, but you wont regret it! The 'exhilarating', 'endorphin releasing', 'energy making', 'stress relieving' and 'feel good factor' that it gives you are just a few of the phrases that members use to describe what they have been getting from Bootcamp session after session! You will feel so much better in your everyday life, from work to home!
