It was by far up there in one of the best ever Bootcamp nights out!! The night kicked off with the Beautiful Bugle Babes in old style army uniform singing Christmas tunes to get us all in the mood, with their 2nd set taking it to a more Burlesque sexy style.. as if the free cocktails to start off weren't enough! Brent Pope kindly gave up his evening to present the Awards, and tell us a few stories and of course, pose for a photo or 2! Thanks a mil for your time Popey! The band were outstanding.... Smash Hits 90's band, and the Bootcampers were giving it dixie on the dance floor all night!! The raffle for Barretstown was a treat and our very own Owen had the task of getting the punters down for some burpees and press ups to claim their prizes! All in all with DJ Derek taking us well into the small hours of the morning and judging by the number of you that took the next day off work, I think its safe to say, it was a FANTASTIC end to a great year at Bootcamp! Well done also to Brian Lacey who received the award for Best Bootcamper of 2009! Will you win the Bootcamper of the Year Award next year...????
