Thursday 25th March
The date of our workshop is March 25th in The Burlington Hotel, Dublin 4. All bootcampers are welcome to come along, and its free of charge! It will cover topics such as Nutrition, Stretching, Exercise, Training and more. It will be an informal workshop, where you can ask question at different times. This workshop will be hugely beneficial to ALL bootcampers, and will address areas of concern that most of you have brought up at one stage or another.
Its all part of our Bootcamp Running Series Program and will help you on your way to a being a better athlete, in better shape and using your body to the best of your ability to help you reach your goals!
There will be surprises in store for you on the evening and afterwards, we will can mingle in the bar for a few social ones! There will be parking availbable there in the hotel for anyone attending the workshop.
What about my class? If you train on the Thursday evening, you are welcome to come along to another class that week, or the week after to help make it up, or why not come along to the Saturday session instead. Just let us know what location you would like to attend instead or your usual, and when, so we can get you on the list.
The Workshop will run from 7pm sharp, so we will need you all to be there on time so we can get through each section!
