Adventure Training Weekend

A Bootcamp Adventure Training day, going through all the disciplines of Adventure Challenges, running/jogging off road, biking and kayaking, July 17th.
Our friends at ROAR, will be putting together a great day of training, for Bootcampers who are doing Gaelforce in August or any other Adventure Challenges in our Running Series. We did a similar day recently and it was a great day out. This time, it will be a bit more intense, and will be the perfect training for GF6, and to reward ourselves, we will stay over night nearby and hangout in a local for some chat and mingling!

If you are serious about getting in your training, then this is for you, and if you want to see what Adventure Challenges are all about, then this is for you too. We will split the group into 2, so we can cater for both!

We will go through a lot of the scenarios that you could encounter on such an event, and will learn more than from a book for sure! By doing this is saves you all a trip out west for a similiar training weekend, keeping the mystery of your actual Adventure Challenge for the big day.

We will meet at a Wicklow location on the Saturday morning, stay in local accommodation and back again on Sunday. To book in for this event, login and book it as an event. You will then get an email on how to secure your place with your deposit and what accommodation options are on offer to you.

Cost: It will be 55euro per person for the days activities. There will a list of mandatory kit that all will need to bring, including a bike. But kayaks will be supplied. Accommodation will be selected and will be an additional cost.

Alright... time to get booking...

Cheers,
Lorraine
