We are delighted to announce the launch of our new Bootcamp Ireland Classes down in lovely Greystones! We will be training at the Greystones Rugby Football Club. Coming from Greystones Village, exit the village and continue along the Mill Road. When you reach the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit (continuing straight). About 200m up, enter the grounds of Greystones RFC on the left. We meet in the car park and then move off to the training area. BONUS SATURDAY CLASS: Also takes place in the Rugby club @ 10.30am every Saturday.
