Runcamp: Meath Training for Great Ireland Run

On Sunday March 4th at 9.30am we will be kicking off a 6 week Runcamp for the 10km Great Ireland Run.

Runcamp is for everyone from people who want to complete their first ever 10k through to people going for a PB! The training will take place in various locations throughout Meath at 9.30am for 6 consecutive Sunday mornings. Your toughest session each week will take place on Sunday morning and you will then be given a specific training programme to follow each week. Instructors Collie, Eamonn and I will be doing the training sessions and we are totally committed to having you ready for the Great Ireland Run on Sunday April 15th. The Great Ireland Run is the first event of the year that Meath Bootcampers are going to train for collectively and will give YOU a great fitness foundation for taking on other challenges later in the year. CAN YOU DO IT?.....YES YOU CAN! All we require is your ambition and commitment to complete the Great Ireland Run.

To book in for Runcamp go into your profile and under ‘book and view my sessions’ select ‘Runcamp: Great Ireland Run Training’. The 6 week training programme costs €60 for current Bootcamp members and €75 for ex and non Bootcamp members. To launch Runcamp Collie will be giving a talk about injury prevention and treatment in Navan RFC after Bootcamp next Monday night (February 20th) at 8.45pm, everyone is welcome!
