Bootcamp Ireland launches in Swords & Malahide starting week of 27th February!!!

Finally Ireland's very own Outdoor Leading Specialists in Military Style Fitness Training have arrived to get the North County Dublin in tip top shape :)

Bootcamp takes places in Swords & Malahide as follows:

• Colaiste Choilm, Swords on Mondays & Wednesdays @ 7:30pm starting 27th Feb
• Malahide Community College on Tuesdays & Thursdays @7:30pm starting 28th Feb.

The 6 week session (18 classes) costs €99.00 & includes a FREE Neuromuscular Therapy Treatment for first time members to these locations.

Members can avail of 2 classes in their chosen location & also a FREE bonus Saturday class on Donabate Beach @ 10:30am.
