Bootcamp Running Series Workshop, Thursday March 25th at 7pm in The Burlington Hotel, Dublin 4. All Bootcampers are welcome to come along, and it is free of charge! We will cover areas of fitness such as Nutrition, Stretching, Exercise, Training and more during the workshop. It will be an informal workshop, where you can ask questions at different times. This workshop will be hugely beneficial to ALL bootcampers and will address areas of concern that most of you have brought up at one stage or another.
It's all part of our Bootcamp Running Series Program and will help you on your way to a being a better athlete and help you get in tip top shape for whatever event you will be competing in! The Workshop is designed to help inform you on how to treat and prepare your body to the best of your ability in order to help you reach your goals!
There will be surprises in store and afterwards we will mingle in the bar for a few social ones! Paid parking is available in the hotel, and the Burlington road has free parking after 6pm (but double check that and where you park, just in case!)
What about my class?
If you train on the Thursday evening, you are welcome to come along to another class that week, or the week after to help make it up, or just simply attend the Saturday class. If you want to catch up with another mid week class, please let us know what location you would like to attend instead or your usual, and when, so we can book you in to that class. Call (01) 234 3797 on the day you want to train.
The Workshop will run from 7pm sharp, so we will need you all to be there on time so we can get through each section! More details to follow.... We cannot guarantee you will get in, if you are not booked in. It's first come, first serve on the bookings.
