It's been a long time coming...but here it is! Our first proper (home made so don't be mean) Bootcamp Ireland Event Video! We had a great day out in the Phoenix Park back in April warming up the 13,000 strong crowd! We were delighted to be joined by running legends Sonia O'Sullivan and Eamon Coughlan. It was great to see so many Bootcampers there as part of the Bootcamp Running Series! We had great fun and it was great to welcome so many of you to our warm down area with our Bootcamp Physios and Instructors for the all important warm down.
