Running Series Workshop: Focus on Nutrition, Tuesday August 10th at 6.15pm in Basecamp Ireland on Abbey Street. All Bootcampers are welcome to come along to this free of charge event! We will cover areas such as Nutrition, Common Injuries & Motivation. It will be an informal workshop with opportunities to ask questions of the experts. This workshop will be hugely beneficial to ALL Bootcampers and will address areas of concern that you have brought up.
This workshop is part of our Bootcamp Running Series Program, it is designed to help inform you on how to treat and prepare your body to the best of your ability in order to help you reach your goals in Bootcamp and beyond! Here's a list of who'll be there on the evening: Janine Hardy, Nutritionist

The workshop will take place on the first floor of the Basecamp Ireland store, there will be a 10% discount for Bootcampers in the store from 6.15 7.15. Their staff will also recommend the best gear for Bootcamp classes or any events that you have coming up. The store is located on Abbey St beside the red Luas line, the best way to travel is by foot, bike or public transport. There is paid parking available in Arnotts Shopping centre. Afterwards
We will head to The Lotts bar afterwards for a quickie, if you fancy joining us. Some of the speakers will be there if you want to ask them any questions.
How to book?
To book in for the event, please log in to your Bootcamp Ireland account here and book in under "Book & View my Events". Places will fill up fast, so please book in to secure your place. We cannot guarantee you will get in, if you are not booked in. It's first come, first serve on the bookings.
What about my class?
If you train on the Tuesday evening, you are welcome to come along to another class that week, or the week after to help make it up, or just simply attend the Saturday class. If you want to catch up with another mid week class, please let us know what location you would like to attend instead orfyour usual, and when, so we can book you in to that class. Call (01) 234 3797 on the day you want to train.
The Workshop will run from 7.15pm sharp, so we will need you all to be there on time so we can get through each section, so if you want to get in some shopping in Basecamp before hand, make sure to get there on time!
