Bootcamp Ireland have been running, squatting and leaping around parks for the last seven years so if anyone can put you, your colleagues, your team through their paces it’s us!

Everyone can benefit from Team-Building session the areas we concentrate on are improved team cohesion, improved communication skills, and increased motivation and enjoyment.

Team chemistry is one of the most important factors in determining the success of your team or company. Having the most talented team does not always equal a great team if you dont work together and communicate.

Including time in training schedules for team building helps to condition by making it more fun for them and helps them bring out the best in each other.

Our sessions remind partakers that they need to compliment and congratulate each other on their successes and support each other during their failures. A team whose members blame each other when things go wrong will never succeed through adversity. Spending time together away from the office or the field is an excellent way to build team chemistry.

The principal aim in our Team Building sessions is to create an awareness within the group that developing and working as a TEAM will only work as an advantage towards the Team goal of success. It also works to bring awareness among the stronger team members that they must support the weaker team members if the Team, as a whole, are to achieve their goal.

Our session will be designed specifically with your Team in mind. Our Military style techniques add a little bit of old fashioned fun to the session and gives all those taking part a great workout.

We take our Team Building sessions in various locations in Dublin, Wicklow, Meath, Limerick, Clare & Kerry.

Our Team Building sessions aim to have each person taking part, work to support his/her fellow team mates & colleagues..a little like on the battlefield!

Team-building and pre-season training is available for clubs, teams, fitness groups, office staff...its a great day out for anyone looking to build a happier TEAM.

  • Fitness Level: It is important that each team member taking part has a reasonable level of fitness. We would recommend that you can do a brisk walk for an hour.
