We have done our research and understand how hard it can be to get your pre-baby body back, so our most loved and experienced Bootcamp instructors have designed the perfect workout for you, where you will hardly feel the hour go by, and you will start to see the benefits in just weeks after joining!

Whats in a typical class:

It's a 60 minute workout that is made up of some or all of the following:

  • Screening
  • Warm Up
  • Cardio (ideal for weight loss and increasing fitness levels)
  • Local Muscular Endurance, targeting the main problem areas (legs, bums, tums and arms)
  • Core Work
  • Strenghtening
  • Toning and Conditioning
  • Games/Relays

  • Pelvic Floor Exercises
  • Cool Down

How to book in for a session:

Its simple! Just create a profile from our home page click here, and then click 'Book and View my sessions' and select the Mummy Bootcamp sesion. You will get a registration email  with details of what to do expect and some other Frequently asked questions.

How much:

An 6 week session is €99 for 18 baby body sessions  in total, 12 x mid week, where you can bring your buggy, and 6 x Saturday sessions*. You can pay at class or online below. (please note there is an additional charge on Paypal).

We know its not always possible to get out every morning so you have 7 weeks to complete a 6 week session

*The saturday session is a buggy free session where you have a few locations to chose from.
