Bootcamp Ireland has a unique formula that gives everyone who joins an overall workout, without getting bored or restless with the same regime, week after week, just like in a gym! The different instructors that are spread across the different locations give you the variety that’s needed to keep up with your new chosen health and fitness lifestyle! Our group training means that you are mixing with so many other like minded people who all have one thing in common.. they all want to get fit & healthy and in great shape, so still getting your PERSONAL RESULTS!
Bootcamp 8 week program
A typical session includes 24 classes. The training program runs over an 8 week period, giving you 16 full 1 hour classes, with an additional bonus of 8 extra classes on Saturdays. Most of our members re-new their membership from session to session, simply because they DO see results and love the way it makes them feel! The Bootcamp program is ideal for almost anyone with a positive attitude! If you want to get fit and see results, we will get you there! Our members are from all different walks of life, some use it for pre-season training, others for a lead up to an event, where they need to get in shape and get fit and be motivated into doing so, others are simply looking for a new way of life!
How to join?
- From our timetable, decide which location & class time is most suitable for you.
- Then check out the start dates on the timetable page. It is also possible to start mid-session, subject to availability (see below).
- Simply book by clicking here. '
- A member of the Bootcamp Team will get in touch with you about a start date.
- You will then receive an email with registration details and everything you need to know to start the Bootcamp training program.
- Simply turn up on your first night, with your complete registration form and fee and you’re good to go!
What if it’s in the middle of an 8 week session?
No problem, you can join us at any time simply create a profile and book into the location you want to join. Your 8 week session starts on the first night that you train.
Class types
Our classes are made up of a number of different types of exercises from aerobic and cardio, strengthening, toning & conditioning, flexibility, and of course the odd game to keep you on your toes! We use circuits and other forms of techniques to give you an over all workout. In a number of our locations we run Advanced, Intermediate and Beginner options for our members!
Fitness levels
We run the class at an ‘at your own pace’ policy, which means everyone does the class at the pace that they can handle themselves. Everyone is different, so it’s our job, The Bootcamp Team, to push you as much as you can be pushed, and it’s your job, to push yourselves as much as you can to get the most out of the classes to see the best results!
