Whats in a typical class:
It's a 60 minute workout that is made up of some or all of the following:
- Warm Up
- Cardio (ideal for weight loss and increasing fitness levels)
- Local Muscular Endurance, targeting the main problem areas (legs, bums, tums and arms)
- Core Work
- Toning and Conditioning
- Pelvic Floor Exercises
- Cool Down

How to book in for a session:
Its simple! Just create a profile from our home page click here, and then click 'Book and View my sessions' and select the Mummy Bootcamp sesion. You will get a registration email with details of what to do expect and some other Frequently asked questions.
An 6 week session is €99 for 18 baby body sessions in total, 12 x mid week, where you can bring your buggy, and 6 x Saturday sessions*. You can pay at class or online below. (please note there is an additional charge on Paypal).
We know its not always possible to get out every morning so you have 7 weeks to complete a 6 week session
*The saturday session is a buggy free session where you have a few locations to chose from.
*Please note: If you are partaking in the Mummy Bootcamp classes any children that are with you must stay in your buggy/stroller for the duration of the class. Bootcamp Ireland staff members are not responsible for supervising children while you take part in the class. For this reason we ask you not to bring children who have outgrown their buggy to class.
