HOLIDAY TIMEOUT

As most of you will be taking your annual holidays at some stage during your Bootcamp Membership, we have introduced a ‘Holiday Time-Out’ feature for all fulltime members of Bootcamp Ireland going forward!!

How does it work?

We here at Bootcamp Ireland know how our members feel about taking holidays mid session, and missing valuable training time, so we have come up with an idea to help you out! If you are planning your holidays and they happen to fall mid session, but of course you wish to still join up for that session, then simply notify us at the time of booking, and we will give you a voucher/credit for the value of up to 3 weeks membership that you can use towards your next session.

Who can avail of ‘Holiday Time-Out’?

This offer is open to any fulltime Bootcamp member.

Can I break up my 3 weeks?

Yes, every fulltime member will be entitled to a total of 3 weeks over a 12 month period, that can be availed of in 1 week slots or more. For example, if you have a weeks’ holiday in May, and another 2 weeks holiday in September, then let us know at the time of booking for the May sessions and we will give you a voucher for 1 week, and again when booking for the September sessions, we will give you a voucher for 2 weeks.

What if I am a loyalty member?

If you are already a loyalty member, then please inform us of your holidays if during your loyalty membership, at the start of an 8 week session, and we will give you a voucher towards your next sign up.

Terms & Conditions:

1. You must be a full time paid up member at time of applying for ‘Holiday Time-Out’.
2. Vouchers are NON transferable from member to member and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. ‘Holiday Time-Out’ can only be used for holiday periods in 1 week vouchers or more and not less.
4. Only 3 weekly vouchers per person per 12 month period are available.
5. The vouchers are non-negotiable and are only valid for a full time session.
6. To avail of ‘Holiday Time-Out’, you must inform Bootcamp Ireland at the time of booking your place for your session.
7. ‘Holiday Time-Out’ is not available with any other voucher or discounted membership.
8. Your ‘Holiday Time-Out’ will have an expiration date that will not be negotiable. This will be up to 6 months.
9. ‘Holiday Time-Out’ cannot be back dated from date of launch, so if you have already taken holidays this year, then you will not be entitled to ‘Holiday Time-Out’ in lieu of same.
10. ‘Holiday Time-Out’ only relates to the 2 regular scheduled classes per week, and does not include any bonus classes throughout your session, ie Saturday classes etc.
11. ‘Holiday Time-Out’ does not entitle you to a discount on that current session, but simply a voucher that you can use towards your next session in lieu of same.
12. ‘Holiday Time-Out’ vouchers are the same as cash, and if lost, cannot be supplied again.
13. You cannot avail of ‘Holiday Time-Out’ mid session, ie you must notify us at the start of each session.
14. Discounts or credit will not be given outside of this ‘Holiday Time-Out’ offer, so to avoid disappointment, please don’t ask.
